Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted beginning 12:00 a.m. (Central Time) on August 21, 2026, through 11:59 p.m. (Central Time) on November 6, 2026.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on Veteran's Day, November 11, 2026.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
• Are legal residents of the State of Louisiana.
• Reside within a forty (40) mile radius of Ruston, Louisiana.
• Are a qualified Veteran or First Responder as defined in these Official Rules.
• Legally own the residence where the prize will be installed.
• Can provide satisfactory proof of identity, eligibility, military or first responder status, and home ownership.
• Agree to comply with these Official Rules.

Employees of Albritton Service Company, members of their immediate families, and people living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Veteran Definition

For purposes of this Giveaway, a Veteran is an individual who previously served in the United States Armed Forces or is currently serving, including the:

• United States Army
• United States Navy
• United States Air Force
• United States Marine Corps
• United States Coast Guard
• United States Space Force
• National Guard or Reserve members who qualify as veterans under applicable federal law.

Acceptable proof of Veteran status may include, but is not limited to: DD Form 214, Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC), State-issued Veteran Identification Card, military retirement identification, or other official government-issued documentation acceptable to Albritton Service Company.

First Responder Definition

For purposes of this Giveaway, a First Responder is an individual who is currently serving or has honorably retired from one of the following professions:

• Firefighter
• Law Enforcement Officer
• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
• Paramedic
• Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
• 911 Dispatcher employed by a public safety agency
• Other public safety personnel approved by Albritton Service Company.

Acceptable proof may include: department-issued identification, employer-issued credentials, retirement credentials, letter from employer, or other official documentation acceptable to Albritton Service Company. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all submitted documentation.

Residence Requirements

To qualify, the entrant must be the legal owner of the residence where the Carrier Comfort System will be installed, provide proof of legal ownership upon request, and own and occupy a site-built residential home located within a forty (40) mile radius of Ruston, Louisiana, and within the State of Louisiana, that is suitable for installation of the equipment.

Mobile homes, manufactured homes, modular homes requiring specialized HVAC equipment, RVs, and other non-standard residential structures are not eligible due to equipment compatibility and installation limitations. The installation address must also be located within Albritton Service Company's normal service area.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) new Carrier Comfort System, including standard installation by Albritton Service Company. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services, and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of Albritton Service Company. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): To Be Determined.

Installation Conditions

The prize includes a standard residential installation only. If the home requires additional work beyond a standard installation — including but not limited to electrical upgrades, code-required modifications, structural changes, significant ductwork modifications or replacement, mold remediation, asbestos removal, permit fees beyond a standard installation, hazardous materials remediation, or other unforeseen conditions — those costs will be the responsibility of the homeowner unless otherwise agreed upon by Albritton Service Company.

Albritton Service Company reserves the right to determine whether a residence is suitable for installation. If the residence cannot safely or reasonably accommodate the equipment, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner or substitute a prize of comparable value at its sole discretion. Installation must be completed no later than December 31, 2026. Failure to schedule or complete installation by this date may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Only one (1) entry per eligible person will be accepted. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading entries will be disqualified.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held on November 11, 2026. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, cannot verify eligibility, cannot provide required documentation, refuses the prize, refuses installation, refuses publicity requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity Release

Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Albritton Service Company to use the winner's name, city of residence, photograph, video, testimonial, and images of the installation for advertising, marketing, social media, website, and other promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities and must allow photographs and/or video of the installation and completed project.

Verification

Albritton Service Company reserves the right to verify Veteran status, first responder status, identity, residency, home ownership, and eligibility. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification.

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize.

Release of Liability

By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Albritton Service Company, Carrier, their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability, claims, injuries, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway, acceptance or use of the prize, installation of equipment, delays caused by weather or material shortages, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Albritton Service Company is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries or technical failures of any kind.

General Conditions

Albritton Service Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, public emergencies, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor's decisions regarding all matters relating to the Giveaway are final.

Governing Law

This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

Acceptance of Rules

By entering this Giveaway, each participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. This promotion is sponsored solely by Albritton Service Company. Carrier is the manufacturer of the equipment being awarded and is not a sponsor, administrator, or operator of this Giveaway.
